Chris Jones

Chris is a Strategic Systems Engineer with over 30+ years’ experience in enterprise architecture and operations processes (end-to-end assurance), management consulting, transformation projects and start-ups; in both public and private sectors.

Chris is passionate about sustainable value and operational integrity of business systems. This lead him through Business and Enterprise Architecture into Strategic Architecture of Business/Operational Systems, then into Service Management - closing the loop ensuring the reality of operational capability matched the business systems requirements, whilst supporting continual optimisation and improvement.
